What do we do?
We are a company that deals with widespread hospitality. So basically we take in private apartments that are not used and we put them to income. We start by making a set-up that allows us to enhance the property with respect to the area and the context in which it is located. So we help the owners to rent them for short periods (up to 30 days) or medium (from 30 days to 18 months), promoting them on the most common online channels.
We do not only deal with supply and demand, but we also offer services.
What exactly does a Property Manager do?
The Property Manager is the one who manages a property in the round, from the maintenance to the management of guests, in the context of temporary leases. Thus the owner can lose interest in the property, relying on the temporary contract, which avoids a series of problems typical of long-term contracts ".
What is the relationship between the Property Manager and the property owner?
The owner grants a mandate with representation to the professional, who works on his behalf and name, with operational autonomy, but obviously following the rules of the mandate. As for costs, each company has its own policy: on average it is around 25% of the lease.
